Track the status of your state licensing with our new Producer Appointment
Registry Online. Monitor the various stages in the appointment process from
paperwork submission through appointment completion (including pay status).
While you are going through the Producer Appointment Registry Online, you can
check on the appointment status for each contract impacted by your pending
appointment. Also, broker of record changes may be tracked here.
The Producer Appointment Registry requires a
Social Security Number (SSN) to enter the secure account access
section of the site. If you do not want to provide your SSN, you can
contact Transamerica Retirement Solutions (TRS), Licensing
and Commissions Department at (888) 859-6243. TRS recommends not saving
the SSN to the page if prompted. For added security, the SSN will be cleared by
the user's browser as soon as the logon page is left.
Transamerica Retirement Solutions uses industry standard
technology for secure Internet transfer of information between your PC and
TRS's computer networks. TRS uses browser-based security technology to encrypt
the transmission of data and information between your PC and TRS's computer
networks. In the case of browser-based security systems, you can always verify
the security status of your connection by the presence of a security icon on
your browser.
